Terms of Service

By accessing or using SonicPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ali Ait Mbarek ("I", "me", or "the developer"), the individual operating SonicPost at sonicpost.app.

SonicPost is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to compose, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard. The Service supports up to nine social media platforms and provides text, image, and video composers.

SonicPost is a digital product only. No human-delivered services, consulting, or managed services are included in any subscription plan.

All payments for SonicPost are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription to SonicPost, you are purchasing from Paddle, not directly from the developer.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive a notification before any annual subscription renewal. All pricing is displayed in USD. Paddle handles all applicable taxes, including VAT and GST, based on your location.

SonicPost offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

If you are not satisfied with SonicPost for any reason, contact support@sonicpost.app within 7 days of your purchase date and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

After cancellation, your account data — including connected social accounts, scheduled posts, and post history — will be retained for 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@sonicpost.app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SonicPost. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use SonicPost only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post or schedule content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform connected through SonicPost.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

SonicPost integrates with third-party social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others) via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

SonicPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of the Service.

SonicPost and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Ali Ait Mbarek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using SonicPost, you grant us a limited license solely to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

SonicPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We do not guarantee that content scheduled through SonicPost will be published at the exact time specified, as publishing depends on the availability of third-party platform APIs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ali Ait Mbarek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of SonicPost after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
